1104A Continuous Magnification Video Microscope
As the most recently developed professional video detection tool,
this instrument has the widest applications and special functions
compared with other products produced by our company. The
instrument integrates the technology of traditional optical microscopes, the digital
multi-media CCD and the digital processing technologies through the
utilization of the unique optical techniques. With the internally
installed CCD sensitive chip and universal swivel device, the
instrument is capable of converting the optical image captured by
the optical lens into the digital optical image data through the
continuous zoom micro optical system and the CCD photographing
system, inputting them into a computer for various kinds of
processing and then a color TV for display the data. In this way,
the results can be dynamically observed by the observers. The
system is featured with the capability of sensitive capture of fine
images, automatic focusing and the continuous magnification ranged
from 3 to 550 times.
The system has been not only equipped with the function of the
traditional microscopes, namely, the function of magnifying
objects, but also that of the static / dynamic digital photography,
which saves the trouble of complex operations needed for making a
specimen image used for quality validation and technical analysis
during the traditional process. In this system, the processes of
magnification, narrowing, photographing and recording have been
integrated into one step. The system can produce images with fine
quality, instantly capture images, and be easily operated and
understood. With the function of data analysis and comparison,
information storage and exchange and printing the report, the
system can speed up the atomization of detection.
The system has taken the lead within the same industry in creating
seven unique techniques for producing digital images, which make it
possible to pre-set and adjust the brightness, definition, color,
aperture and the electronic optical shutter. With the full plastic
housing, the foldable supporter and the frosted lamp which emits
soft lights, the system can allow more people to observe at the
same time and make them feel more comfortable during the process of
observation. It can be used in the industrial online-inspection of
crystal chips and integrated circuits etc., and the test for jewels
and other precious stones. After being magnified, the objects can
be clearly displayed, stored, compared and analyzed in the big
screen-TVs and computers, which will bring great convenience to the
inspections on products and numerous charms to the display of
objects.
